AhiYah Resources® is the central hub for a larger vision rooted in land, community, education, and financial empowerment. Our mission is to help individuals and families move toward ownership, self-sufficiency, and intentional living by providing the tools, knowledge, and community needed to build sustainable lives.

Through AhiYah Resources®, we are building a network of programs and opportunities designed to reconnect people with land, purpose, and collective growth. One of the foundational ways we support this vision is through financial education and business credit development. We teach individuals how to build strong business credit profiles so they can access the capital needed to purchase land, homes, and businesses. When structured correctly, businesses can often access $50,000 to $150,000 in business credit within 30–90 days, creating opportunities for individuals to invest in real assets and long term stability. This financial empowerment is what makes the larger vision possible. Through AhiYah Living, we are developing intentional land communities where individuals and families can come together to build homes, grow food, share resources, and create supportive environments rooted in sustainability and cooperation.

Through AhiYah Living Retreats, we will host immersive experiences designed to reconnect people with nature, spiritual alignment, and personal growth in peaceful natural settings.

Through the AhiYah Living Foundation, we will offer educational programs that support youth and families through hands on learning in gardening, homeschooling, entrepreneurship, and sustainable living.

Together, these initiatives create an integrated ecosystem where individuals can learn, build, and grow both personally and collectively.

Ahava Bey - Founder of AhiYah Resources | Community Builder
I’m Ahava, the creator of AhiYah Resources. I created this platform because I believe individuals and families deserve access to knowledge, resources, and community support that allow them to truly thrive not just survive.
My vision is to help people reconnect with land, develop real world skills, and build generational stability through education, entrepreneurship, and collective growth.
Through my journey of homeschooling, entrepreneurship, and community organizing, I realized how powerful it is when people are given the right tools and opportunities. I saw the need for a space where people could learn practical skills like building business credit, accessing funding, growing food, and creating sustainable lifestyles.
AhiYah Resources was created to share that knowledge and to help people build lives rooted in ownership, purpose, and community. Through programs like Breaking Bread, which teaches youth cooking, gardening, and life skills through community gatherings, and the King Kyro Learning App Mastery, an interactive digital platform that introduces children to subjects like artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, and sustainable living, I aim to bridge modern innovation with timeless wisdom.
My goal with AhiYah Resources is to help people move from survival to ownership creating opportunities to acquire land, build businesses, educate the next generation differently, and develop intentional communities where families can grow, collaborate, and thrive together.

I'm Noni Kai
Noni Kai Bey - Co-Founder | Web Designer| Community Builder
I am a co-founder of AhiYah Resources and the creative architect behind many of the platform’s digital systems and web design. As a web designer, holistic wellness practitioner, artist, and homeschooling mother, my work bridges technology, healing, education, and community building.
I designed and developed several of the platforms connected to our shared vision, including King Kyro’s University, AhiYah Resources, and the AhiYah Living Foundation. Through these digital spaces, I help transform ideas into functional ecosystems where families, educators, entrepreneurs, and healers can connect, learn, and collaborate.
For over eight years I have studied and practiced holistic healing modalities including herbal medicine, nutrition, Reiki energy healing, sound healing, and intuitive spiritual guidance. My work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and cultivate deeper awareness as part of their healing journey.
As a single mother who homeschools, my approach to education and community is rooted in sovereignty, creativity, and generational empowerment. Through AhiYah Resources and the work we are building together, my intention is to help cultivate spaces where knowledge, healing practices, and practical skills can be shared freely as we grow stronger communities together.
